Terms and Conditions for Pawsitively Scooping

Welcome to Pawsitively Scooping! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our dog waste removal services. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Pawsitively Scooping provides dog waste removal services on a weekly, bi-weekly, twice-weekly, or monthly basis, as selected by the customer. Our team will collect and dispose of dog waste from your designated backyard area.

2. Service Agreement

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible area for our team to perform the waste removal.

  • Ensure your dog(s) are secured or not present during the scheduled service time.

  • Notify us of any changes to your service schedule, address, or pet ownership status.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription Plans: You may choose from weekly, bi-weekly, twice-weekly, or monthly service plans.

  • Payment: Payment is due in advance of the service period. 

  • Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by providing 2 days notice. Refunds for unused services will be issued as per our refund policy.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring your backyard is free of hazards (e.g., sharp objects, toxic substances) that may endanger our team.

  • You must inform us of any aggressive or territorial pets that may pose a risk to our staff.

  • You agree to provide accurate information about the number and size of dogs in your household.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Pawsitively Scooping is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from:

    • Unsecured or aggressive pets.

    • Hazardous conditions in your backyard.

    • Acts of nature (e.g., extreme weather) that prevent us from providing services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services during the affected service period.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that endangers our staff or disrupts our operations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
